Ashton Strand / Personal Trainer 
My goal is help you change the way you look at health and wellness. My approach is not all or nothing. I want you to focus on making small maintainable changes to your lifestyle in order to make healthier habits. I want to help you change the way you view exercise. I don’t want you to use it as a way to punish your body. I want you to see it as a way to reward your body. I want you to use it to improve your mental health, to become stronger and to improve sleep

Outdoor Group Fitness. 

All sessions are designed to suit any fitness level. Sessions involve a mix of  Cardio, Strength training and Boxing . Children are welcome to come to the sessions and all locations have a playground close by for them to play while you get your workout done. 

From 1:1 sessions or small groups.
My mobile service is able to come to you or a convenient location at a time that suits you.

This program is designed to suit anyone and everyone. Whether you are starting your fitness and wellness journey or you just need help getting back on track. The Wellness program includes
